Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Lauren … a full-time corporate girl, wife, mum to a feral toddler and a very chaotic fur baby. And now the person behind the oven.

What started as a love for baking (and a slight obsession with cinnamon rolls) has quickly turned into something a little bigger.

Somewhere between busy days and even busier evenings, I decided to create something of my own. Something that brings people a bit of joy in the middle of their day, and for me, that had to be food.

Every cinnamon roll is made from scratch in my home kitchen, carefully tested (and re-tested) to get that perfect balance of soft dough, rich cinnamon filling, and just the right amount of frosting.

I’m starting small, with limited drops across Cardiff, focusing on quality, freshness and creating something that people genuinely look forward to.
